The Apostille Online Verification System, developed by NITB for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is Pakistan’s gateway to global trust. By digitizing the Apostille Convention process, it reduces the complex, multi-layered legalization of documents into a single, secure certificate recognized by 110+ member states. Through QR-enabled verification and an e-register, documents issued in Pakistan can now be instantly validated abroad—whether for education, business, or migration. This system strengthens transparency, prevents fraud, and accelerates compliance, helping individuals and companies save time and cost while meeting international standards. For government, it improves efficiency and reduces administrative burden. For businesses and citizens, it opens doors to global mobility, trade, and recognition. At GITEX 2025, Pakistan’s Apostille system showcases RegTech leadership, proving how digitized compliance systems can create borderless trust and drive international opportunities.
