RISCY-ONE is a first system on chip (SoC) designed by RISCY.
It is a high-performance AI-enabled SoC suitable for a wide variety of applications: controllers for UAV and industrial robotics, IoT devices, automotive devices, automatization systems, etc.
RISCY-ONE has 4 fully-functional RISC-V cores (RV64IMACVF) with full support of vector extensions RVV 1.0 in each core, extended video stream processing capabilities in hardware, 1GHz clock frequency, support of DDR4 memory and PCIe, rich set of standard peripherals, FreeRTOS and Linux support, user-friendly SDK.
The release of RISCY-ONE engineering samples and development kits based on it are planned for 2026.
